6 Steps to get your mind 🧠 to work FOR you:
✅ Step 1: Get clear and write down what you want to achieve. Our mind needs focused direction.
✅ Step 2: Identify your why. Write a list of why you want this. What will it do for you? How will it make you feel?
✅ Step 3: Write a list of WHO will benefit from your goal. Many of us are motivated by service to others.
✅ Step 4: Make it fun. Write a list of small action steps you can take and commit to taking action. Do it in a way that's fun to you as if it were a game.
